Healthy chips:)




Has anyone heard of the chips made out of a chickpea? I discovered them only recently and immediately fell in love. I have to admit, I’m a big sucker for fast foods, although I try not to eat it often. Thus, I’m trying to look for healthy substitutes.
1 can of chickpeas
2 tbs of olive
spices: dry onion, salt, smoked and sweet paprika
I strain chickpea from the can, spread it on a paper towel and dry it. Then I put it into a bowl and mix with the prepared oil with spices. I spread it on a baking paper and put it in a preheated oven up to 180 degrees. Bake it for 40 minutes while stirring from time to time.
